For our 2008 Championship MRC has entered into a 'partnership' with the Classic Sports Car Club (CSCC) and all bar one of the championship rounds will be with them. We are therefore promoting a 13 round championship with 10 rounds to count and we will have:All Dates are subjected to confirmation. 13 Rounds with 10

In all of our discussions CSCC have been open, friendly and very accommodating. They were immediately very keen to work with us for the benefit of competitors and to strengthen our offering. Part of this arrangement sees CSCC 'merging' their planned Formula Free series into the Mono Championship. This is an obvious move as there was clearly duplication. Virtually all the cars that had run in Formula Free in 2007 were eligible for Mono. With our new Mono Classic Class embracing 'Thoroughbred F3' cars of pre 1993, F Vauxhall and F Renault Sport , only the later Club F3 and older F2 cars will not be accommodated. The MRC Board now believe that we are working with organisers who will listen to our views, will be keen to satisfy our needs and respond to our recommendations.
We all aim to make your racing as enjoyable an experience as possible and to provide value for money.
To make our 50th Anniversary year a truly memorable one, we now need your support to provide healthy grids and good racing.
