Re: Mallory Park

Its all different now in Bottesford. The Flemish Clog Dancing module was dropped several semesters ago following advice from the HSE in conjunction with the Department of Children,School,Families & Domestic Pets. Re: Monoposto newbie, help required

.......so whatever are you doing heeling & toeing with a dog engagement gearbox?....you'll go quicker & have better control of the car if you just dab the clutch & select the gear you want as quick as you can. All this dancing on the pedals may get you an audition on Strictly Come Dancing but it won...

Re: Rain Lights

Bought a Lifeline one, delivered within 24 hours of ordering from http://www.polevolt.co.uk at £80.50 all in which is usefully cheaper than that available from the more well known motor racing emporia............ Excellent choice......but some of your competitors have bought the same item rather ch...

Re: Vauxhall Lotus Dampers and Spring rates

Can anyone help? My White Power dampers are well past their best and the springs that go with them are ropey looking too, hence I would like to get some replacements at the Autosport show. Does anybody know the open and closed lengths of the dampers (I haven't taken them off yet to measure), but mo...

Re: Who can use out of date seat belts?

£1,200 - which is still less than the current price of a new head. No John....I doubt if most of the heads fitted to Monoposto competitors are really worth as much as £1200.....you don't have to look too closely to see that many have come from eBay @ 99p .........and i can think of at least one for...

Re: Who can use out of date seat belts?

The Blue Book (...at least in 2008) seems to use the words 'should' rather than 'must' indiscriminately in the technical section. Where it is a recommendation, rather than a requirement the phrase "it is recommended that" is adopted. The dating issue is covered by the phrasing 'should wear currently...

Re: Rain Lights

There are vast differences in quality/performance/reliability between the different rain lights I can recommend the Lifeline ones (even though they are expensive) as i have personally subjected them to my 'Quality Assured Supplier' test which is significantly more stringent and realistic than anythi...

Differences between Mono & 750MC F4? F4 people can just look SO SO miserable...but they tend not to winge that much. Mono people can look a bit happier.....but don't they just love to complain. A useful role model for both? Historic FF2000... ....they look happy, don't winge, & are even nice to each...
